Reviews

4.5 out of 5 stars from 4.7k ratings
  • Great writing and narration

It is more and more rare to find a non-fiction or journalistic series where the host/narrator is there to bring the interviews and stream of events to the forefront, as opposed to being an emotive caricature that needs to be your most relatable BFF. In the universe of content here, I would categorize this one as a series with clarity, professionalism, and a warm grown-up engagement. Oh, and the subject itself is important and fascinating.

  • Terrible narrator!

This is an interesting story, but I can honestly say that I hate everyone that “narrates” from wondery. This is just as horribly narrated as Doctor Death. Take some classes hacks.

  • The podcast was better

Podcast is better than the Netflix series. Seems like that the old adage of the book was better is applying to podcasts these days.
