今回の限定酒は、クラフトサケと泡盛の“異次元コラボ”！？
その名も…「AWADOBU」！
泡盛 × ホップ × 日本酒をかけあわせた、まったく新しいお酒です。
ベースとなるのは、石垣島・池原酒造の泡盛「白百合」。
今回はなんと、“柱焼酎”ならぬ「柱泡盛」として使用しています。
ホップの選定は、沖縄で「琉球のおもてなし文化」を伝える【比嘉邸】の比嘉康二さんにご協力いただきました。白百合との相性を見極め、絶妙なバランスでセレクトされたホップを使用しています。

つけたろう酒店 伝説の酒「梅津の生酛塩折（しおり）」を、日本酒インフルエンサー・りんくちゃんと実飲！
りんくちゃんには飲むまで何も情報を伝えずに飲んでもらったんですが、見た目から梅酒なんじゃないかと想像していたらしいです（笑）
見た目はまるでコーヒーのように茶色。というか、黒に近い。
味わいは、熟成の旨みと透明感が共存する未知の領域。
