    I have recently come across the Trust Your Gut podcast and WOW has it ever shifted my perspective on somatic work, the nervous system, and the healing powers that Demi’s ideas and shared tools can have! Deep nervous system healing is such a crucial piece to overall health and balance - this podcast really dives in to so many facets of health.
