As said in title, if you want to listen to like minded Newcastle fans react/anticipate pre & post game results then it’s quite a good listen but don’t expect factual news like you’d find on “Pod of the Tyne”. If you can put up with Charlotte mixing her words and sometimes not even being able to get them out and thinking she’s hilariously funny & Norman who sounds like he’s trying to be so Geordie you wonder if he’s in pain then you’ll be alright.
It can be pretty stressful supporting this club, and I really enjoy unwinding after a match by listening to True Faith. I don’t agree with everything that’s said, but I like hearing the views of fellow supporter. Keep up the great work you lot!
These guys are a “must listen”. Their camaraderie is clear, they’re not afraid to speak their minds (they’re not all inexplicably bowing to the Callum Wilson shrine like other pods), they’re balanced, fair and good humoured. You learn when you listen to True Faith.
Good NUFC pod but don’t start every one with ‘how are you feeling’
For two seasons now Alex & Charlotte often say we should beat the lower PL teams. In my view this is completely the wrong premise and leads them to consistently draw the wrong conclusions. McIlroy should have 10 majors but only has 4. That's because elite golf is so competitive and just winning one major is incredibly difficult. The Premier League is the best league in Europe because anytime can beat any other. In elite sport including the EPL there is no such thing as 'should'.
