  • Thanks for modelling a difference of opinion

What I love most about trish Wood is her willingness to disagree with her guests and to continue to engage and ask questions despite opposite views. What I believe is true 2 years ago may not be what I believe today. It is rare to be able to have a conversation with someone and not have it shut down due to. Ones beliefs. I hope to see people engage in dialogue and be able to disagree, give points, info then say have a great day. Cheers

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Guest: Colonel Douglas Macgregor on the Iran War
Q: What is your assessment of Iran's posture in this confrontation?
Iran has built a robust defensive and deterrent capability, prioritizing geographic and missile/drone systems that complicate any strike, while avoiding direct, large-scale aggression against neighbors.
Dr. David Cartland
Q: Is your medical career, like career as a doctor, is it lost to you now?
It needs a judicial review, which is financially burdensome, so it may take a significant miracle or sponsorship to reverse the decisions.
Dr. David Cartland
Q: What does struck off actually mean?
Struck off means your registration is removed, null and void, and you're not allowed to practice as a doctor.
Dr. David Cartland
Q: Could you just give me your take as a British citizen on what that experience was like?
It's an arrest that people have been expecting for a while, with lots of rumors swirling around about the Royal Family's behavior.
Rescuing Canada's Beluga Whales
Q: Where will the remaining beluga whales from Marineland go?
They are expected to be relocated to various aquariums such as Georgia Aquarium and Shedd Aquarium, which provide better care than Marineland.
