Trinity is the ultimate girls girl and has the advice I’ve always needed to hear! I truly think my life and overall confidence has leveled up at ton just by listening to her. I think I stated glowing a little too hard, though because my ex-best friend asked me to hang out. At least I know other people feel it too! Anyone who doesn’t already listen to you DEFINITELY should. 10/10 recommend

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Girl Talk With My Twin: Boys, Friendships, Intimacy & College
Q: How do I know if a college guy actually likes me rather than just wanting to hook up?
They advise looking for consistent, meaningful conversation, invitations to do activities beyond sex, and time invested in getting to know you, while warning that some men may pursue sex more quickly; taking time to evaluate intentions is key.
Girl Talk With My Twin: Boys, Friendships, Intimacy & College
Q: Hi Trinity, I love your podcast and how open you are with all of us. Your energy is amazing and your advice always gives me some good points to reflect on.
Trinity and KJ acknowledge the question and validate that the listener's reflections are important, then tailor the guidance to emphasize listening to one's body, seeking somatic healing if needed, and communicating openly with partners to build safety.
The ULTIMATE High School Dating Guide: Boys, Kissing, Relationships & More
Q: What should someone look for to know if a guy is into them or just going through the motions in high school?
Look for consistent eye contact, initiative in conversations, and genuine effort to spend time together; if someone never initiates or engages meaningfully, they may not be interested.
The ULTIMATE High School Dating Guide: Boys, Kissing, Relationships & More
Q: Trinity, what would you recommend cuddling-wise for newly dating high school couples?
Communication is key: acknowledge nervousness, set boundaries, and gradually explore intimacy only when both partners are comfortable, with honesty about expectations and consent.
Dear Incoming College Freshman... this is EVERYTHING I wish I would have Known (Boys, Booze & Baddies)
Q: Is it worth starting a long-distance relationship in college with someone you've known for a short time?
I don't think it's worth starting a fresh relationship right as you both head off to different colleges; you'll likely drift apart once you're immersed in new surroundings, and if you're meant to be, you'll know over time as you adjust.
