  • Life changing

Trinity is the ultimate girls girl and has the advice I’ve always needed to hear! I truly think my life and overall confidence has leveled up at ton just by listening to her. I think I stated glowing a little too hard, though because my ex-best friend asked me to hang out. At least I know other people feel it too! Anyone who doesn’t already listen to you DEFINITELY should. 10/10 recommend

Oversharing About Mental Health, Shaving & First Times...(and yea it got emotional)
Q: Hi, Trinity, I love your podcast. You've helped me understand so much more through it. I'm 15 and I just started talking about masturbation and other stuff with my mom. When I touch myself, I don't feel anything. Am I doing something wrong?
The host explains that sexual arousal in women can be highly mental and varies; she suggests exploring imagination and gradual stimulation with non-pressured approaches, using varied touch, and not worrying about finishing; emphasizes normalcy and patience as part of learning about one's body.
Oversharing About Mental Health, Shaving & First Times...(and yea it got emotional)
Q: Trin, I need your help. Okay, girl, so I have a hair grown down there, like inside of the cooch and near the hole. I also have an outie, so I have an extra, so I get extra scared, I'll cut that part. I do not know how to shave that area properly. I can't find any explanations on how to shave the inside. It's always the outside and the outside lips. Girl, I need advice on how to shave the inside lips because I have like hair that grows inside and near the hole. Okay, me too, girl. We're all in this together.
The host walks through safe shaving steps: use a leg-up position or mirror, pull the labia to the side, apply lubrication, shave away from the opening to the booty, and go slowly with caution; avoid snapping pictures; identify that minor nicks can occur and will heal; overall emphasize careful, gradual approach and to respect personal boundaries.
The CRUSH Chronicles...(what to do when you have a crush + an electric tooth brush)
Q: How can I approach a situation where parents are strict about dating and hanging out with boys?
Plan group activities with a trusted friend, ensure you're never alone with someone you're trying to date, and gradually build trust with your parents while being transparent about boundaries.
The CRUSH Chronicles...(what to do when you have a crush + an electric tooth brush)
Q: What should I do if a guy I like seems to like me and I'm not interested romantically?
Be honest early, communicate clearly that you value the friendship, and consider light, non-confrontational strategies like introducing him to another friend to shift focus without hurting his feelings.
The CRUSH Chronicles...(what to do when you have a crush + an electric tooth brush)
Q: How do I retain feelings for a guy while getting to know him as a real person and not just a dream version?
Take your time getting to know him without bias, observe his actions, and be honest about your feelings if the connection stays strong; if you find red flags or you simply don't feel a romantic spark, acknowledge it respectfully.
