This had to be the most self pitying trauma bonding session I’ve ever heard. The guest was telling a story about a traumatic event at a yoga studio. She had me hanging on a pin but the big reveal was she was either traumatized by the music a yoga instructor chose or that the instructor didn’t give her the response she wanted.
