Wishy washy, dilutely-informed and a bit naïve in vies through the different conversations.
Disappointing, expected good conversations with debate and grit. But each episode is more like a high school common room chat.
It seems that the panels are hand selected just for their ability to not agree with each other. Neither side seems particularly well-informed about the subject but they are certainly opinionated. After listening to a recent episode that was so full of falsehoods it was laughable (not an opinion I disagreed with, just straight up not true), I’m on my way to unsubscribe now.
It would be nice to hear an opposition to some of the arguments rather than everyone agreeing.
I listened with interest at first but soon became distracted and annoyed by the number of times one of the male speakers said “like”. Maybe this podcast isn’t meant for anyone over 30.......
I’ve listened to several of these and the only person who’s sounded remotely like they knew what they were talking about was Bec Wonders. Feels like listening to a 6th form common room.
