Please do not interrupt or cut off guests of the show while they’re speaking, A good host does not favor some guests over others, Try to provide more valuable input other than “ok” or “hmm”, sometimes the host is wrong but still tries to prove her point (please stop)… just some things I noticed.
Good podcast, but the host needs to introduce (name is enough) at the beginning of EVERY episode. Basic podcasting 101.
Great content and great host. Can we just stick to triathlon? Is it necessary to be “woke” here too?
Kelly is a great host, segments are genuinely useful and not gimmicky, and I love that they have mini podcasts within the broader podcast (the Fitter and Faster eps are about training-specific tips, the Cool Down eps over winter break had two new hosts). Super well done and one of the few shows I listen to as soon as it’s released. Great work!
How many times can the host, Kelly, come off as condescending in a single episode? How many times can she use the word “obviously“ in a single sentence? The options are endless!
