After meeting Lisa today, her wonderful words and inspiring story led me to this podcast. You will never know how important finding this podcast has been to me as a parent struggling with some of these issues.
Lisa’s informal chatty style has a wonderful way of tackling serious subjects with truly inspirational people. If you work in a multi agency way and believe that relationships are key to your way of working then this pod cast is for you.
Loved the range of subjects all with people who are a making a difference in their practise.
What an excellent resource for anyone wanting to move out from their silos and engage in meaningful, honest conversations and relationships to share learning and together do our bit to make a difference!
I haven’t listened to all of these, but I have got through more than half in just three ‘binge’ sessions, so compelling are the conversations. As a foster-carer I encounter a whole range of services / agencies and so often think ‘if only these people could get their heads together’. Lisa is helping to make that happen: such a powerful advocate for a relational, multi-agency approach to working with young people.
