When it comes to the art/hobby of miniatures, and nerd culture in general, Jon and Scott are extremely insightful, and hilarious. My tabletop quality painting skills and general enjoyment of the hobby have significantly increased (along with my sugar intake) since I’ve become “TUP-aware”.
I am always looking forward to sit in my car on monday, going to listen to trapped under plastic. They are a lot of fun to listen to, scott and jon are not taking life too serious but they are taking miniature painting very serious!
Great to listen to while painting, mowing the yard, or eating some sweet sweet chicken tendies.
Simply put it’s the best podcast on Apple Podcasts for mini painting!
I was expecting the same high quality of hobby information and creative motivation as their excellent YouTube channels, but instead I stumbled into the basement of some degenerate foul-mouth gits. If you extracted all of the “expletive-deleted” language, the hour-long program would condense down to about 10 minutes of intelligent conversation. Life is too short to waste a minute of it listening to this podcast.
