In the final episodes of the third season, Strange New Worlds gets its own take on “The Enemy” and Enemy Mine before Pike has his own “Inner Light” moment. It’s been a rough season with a few gems, some rushed editing, and a lot of wasted opportuniti... more
As the third season nears its end, Strange New Worlds hits its stride with two excellent episodes that couldn’t be more different. “What Is Starfleet?” shows a different way to edit and present a story while both raising questions about the Prime Dir... more
In our two favorite episodes of the season so far, an away team has a point-and-click adventure while an ancient evil invades the Enterprise; then a proto-Kirk develops into the captain we know he will be.

She's basically the Ravenclaw/Hermione ('T)rek friend you always wanted, Ken is Cedric or O. Wood; suddenly, you're a little more or less lonesome being a Slytherin or Gryffindor, Durmstrang or Beauxbatons student etc.
TransporterLock is one of the best Star Trek podcasts out there, despite the best efforts of ST:D to supply less than stellar content.
Ken and Sabriel do an incredible job of dissecting each episode of Star Trek: Discovery shortly after it's aired. You can tell they've done their homework when it comes to Trek history and all the connections the show is putting together because if you didn't catch something, never fear — Ken and Sabriel *did* catch it! Their analysis of the show is well thought out and fun. I listen to a few podcasts that talk about Discovery, but this one is by far the most informative and is my favorite.
There are two reasons I like this show. First, it's timely and hits my feed very soon after the episode aired. Also, Ken and Sabriel both bring insight that only two very long-term Trek fans can. The show is quick and sticks to the topic well which I appreciate with all the other shows I listen to. Subscribe!
A great way to both refresh your brain on what happened in the episode before the next one airs as well as gain new perspectives on the show. Sabriel's massive knowledge base of Star Trek lore and history is invaluable for new and old Trekkies alike.
