This episode dives into my 1st and 2nd session of doing EMDR and leads to when I started having transference thoughts.
We worked on and resolved a stuck point and now I'm re-experiencing that same stuck point 18 months later.

I commend you for sharing this story and I trust this has been helpful and cathartic for you in some ways.
This happened to someone I’m very close to and some of the things you’ve said in your podcast are eerily similar to some of the things she’s told me about her sessions with her psych. The psych pretty much denied any responsibility at the end as well... really looking forward to hearing the rest of your story. You’re doing great! Keep it up! I think this happens in therapy more than anyone really knows of. This podcast could do a lot for people going through the same thing!
