  • Worth the listen!

    I’ve loved listening to this podcast. There are several fitness podcasts I listen to and I love the interaction and information these two coaches share. They have great practical knowledge and I’ve learned some great tidbits that have help me with my mindset and in my fitness journey. I just wish they put out more content each month!
