  • Just a guy who works out

I’m not a trainer. I’m just a guy who likes to work out and stay In shape. I love this pod though because I can still learn things and apply them to my routine to get better. Keep up the good work y’all!

  • Best Trainer Pod!

Best pod around! As a personal trainer and conditioning coach to athletes and the general public, Craig and Chris do an amazing job sharing knowledge and explaining principles that can be utilized between both populations. They go in depth not only on concepts but also do a great job at explaining how to apply them. I’ve learned so much from this pod and suggest it to anyone that’s a vet in the training world or just starting out.

    P.S. - I LOVE SUPER COFFEE!!!
