Tiffany’s no-BS approach was everything I needed to finally make some big, hard changes in my life and wow, do I feel a MILLION times better. (Lost 25# by following her health & fitness advice!) She’s tough but really walks the walk. She made me realize my excuses were all in my head and if she as a mom of SEVEN could do it, so could I. (And I did/am!)
As a working mom, I find it so hard to prioritize myself. Most podcasts and fitness programs don’t account for the mental drain of parenting and how much that affects your physical energy—but this show does!!! If you want to build strength and take care of you as a mom in a way that actually fits your life, give this show a chance. You won’t regret it.
I LOVE the rebrand of this show! Tiffany has such great content and it’s explained so simply and direct! It’s easy to understand and helps me reframe my thoughts!! What mother doesn’t want to be STRONG?!!
I really appreciate how well Tiffany explains what to do and how and why things work.
Tiffany doesn’t pull punches. She’s a straight shooter. If you need a wealth of information on how to be strong and healthy and vibrant in all aspects of life, she’s your girl!!
