Once I was peacefully, dozing off to the wood wicked candle episode, but then suddenly, at 5:13 (yes I checked the time and still remember it) I was woken up by a VERY loud ad. Quite troublesome. But on an entirely different note, it is amazing and one of the only actually good sleep podcasts I could find. Great job!

Like the title states, I recently started hearing gambling ads which are unsettling. Also, I am occasionally woken up by a loud ad at the end of the 10 hours which is not ideal. Overall, thankful that there is a free option with ads.
I am happy for New Year’s Day but this podcast is not for me and you it’s for all and free great podcast!
I love cats and "cat purring" helps me go to sleep this podcast is the BEST

The show centers on long-form ambient soundscapes, white noise, and guided relaxation designed to help listeners sleep, relax, or focus. Episodes range from eight to ten hours of nature sounds, rain, or wind, to mindful Sleep Stories and hypnotic sessions that encourage digital balance and mental calm. A key strength is the breadth of sensory experiences—everything from immersive environments to soothing narratives—catering to people who want reliable, low-effort help with sleep and attention. Its ongoing appeal likely stems from consistency (extended runtimes) and a mix of purely atmospheric tracks with gentle guidance, making it suitable for nightly routines or background focus across diverse lifestyles.
