2.0x Speed was the only way I could almost tolerate listening to one podcast. The host is dry, flat, and robotic. She breathes too heavily into the mic, talks way too slowly and ends each sentence with a question mark. It's like fingernails on a chalkboard. I powered through it just to hear the guest, but I can't subscribe or recommend it to anyone. There are far too many better podcasts out there. Keep looking.

Little of use here. Lots of vague and unsubstantiated info. This podcast is as much reactionary politics as anything else. Her position on covid-19 is misinformed and dangerous. Probably the worst "health" podcast I've listened to.

Listened to her episode about healing teeth “naturally” but learned NOTHING and came out extremely frustrated. This whole episode is mainly the author boasting about how healthy she is, and how she has a connection with an amazing, holistic dentist who doesn’t take on new clients and has unique “protocols” in healing cavities. I was extremely excited to learn how he does this as she claims her cavities have since healed, but she continues to say she won’t share his methods, won’t share who he is... more

I suffer from gadolinium toxicity and was really looking forward to the episode. Unfortunately the host couldn’t even pronounce the word correctly (gadolinium isn’t a hard word to say!). She did no research and didn’t give the doctor anything to work with. That said, thank you to doctor Matthews branch for her research.
