我們平時要訓練自己控制意識，不是硬把念頭壓下去，而是學會管理自己的大腦活動。平時的訓練，就是要讓自己做到：需要用意識時，馬上能用；不需要用時，就把它收起來。 不讓大腦一直浪費能量，也不讓雜念把身心拖得很累。禪定就是最好的保養方式。

去年10月開始找場地，救世會的師兄姐，每週去問大樓保全：「請問有空間可以租嗎？」連保全大哥都被感動了☺～
問到3月底，終於有公司搬遷，4月火速裝潢、5月開課，新莊禪修會館正式啟航！
就在捷運頭前庄站對面，還能看到大漢溪和101，歡迎新莊的朋友回家❤️！
