To put it simple it’s a brilliant show.
It’s a great idea and there are some good discussions, but boy there’s a load of swearing which is pathetic and loads of completely unrelated chat. Tedious at points.
I have listened to a few of these now and although the hosts are very knowledgeable on Titanic and it’s passengers they spoil it with inappropriate jokes, popular culture references which are largely irrelevant and silly school child “insider” comments.
I have just had to turn off the latest episode after persevering for 1 hour and 8 mins because a host giggles at a survivor killing himself after the death of his son! You could put this down to nerves maybe but it is inappropriate and it was on... more
Good review! There were many anachronisms . Etiquette/social norms and the language of the day. Those, to me were glaring mistakes. The bit about the couple in the car was taken from the movie “Now, Voyager “.

Rose could have reported Cal shooting at them or him slapping her but he had evidence of her unfaithfulness and intent to throw him over for a man accused of stealing a valuable item. He had her over a barrel. She would be disgraced.
