This podcast has been fundamental for me lately. It’s been the single driving force for me striving harder and noticing shortcomings I didn’t even know I had.
This episode was exactly what I needed to hear. I’m still building my team as you know, but I was looking for ideas on ways to reach one last member of my team who I’m sure if he’s totally committed. Thank you!
Great context and info!
Really enjoyed the show. A lot deep insight into this last show. I needed that!
Really great approach to leadership. Looking at those you manage as people who “work with you” vs who work for you helped shift my perspective. As a person of faith I was pleasantly surprised by the Proverbs 31 reference in the Mother’s Day episode. So many gems and minor eccentricities. Who would think that reading science fiction or fiction at all can influence leadership styles ? As a bookworm I’d love to expand on that topic. Definitely a fan.
