Q: What steps did you need to make to take these kinds of shifts that allowed you to now be the child and adolescent trainer of schema therapy in Australia?
A lot of self-reflection helped me understand the clients I loved working with and to pivot my focus to specialize in schema therapy. I realized I needed to incorporate more training and supervision into my practice.
