There are some things that seem to be really popular, and we're glad they're really popular, I guess, but we kind of just don't get it.
Post-apocalyptic road trips with bad thrifting, Kathleen's mom discovering Facebook Marketplace, and getting text-bombed after joining a thrift "loyalty program".
There are some things that really catch your eye, but in the long run it's better to leave them on the shelf because they're, well, a little bit useless.
Discussion about metal tins and trays with designs, their uses and where to find them.

I like this podcast because it is about two people who are genuine friends and enjoy thrifting together. They talk about “normal” items that you are going to come across while out hunting vintage treasures, not million dollar paintings. Keep up the good work and we’d love more frequent episodes!
Eric and Kathleen are always wonderful, and their December 17, ‘22 episode was particularly endearing. Eric did a great job of attempting to keep the train on the rails while Kathleen continued her illness recovery. I laughed out loud more than once. You two are treasures and I learn something new every time I listen. Thank you from Sacramento. ❤️
I listen to a LOT of podcasts about thrifting, reselling etc etc. ( I have a LOT of drive time and a lot of time spent cleaning stalls and taking care of horses!). Many of them are not really valuable. I truly appreciate this podcast that is intelligent, informative, RELEVANT, and FUN. Thank you for the knowledge!
I’m very happy to see an increase in recordings! I love all things thrifting, but i have really grown to enjoy this podcast and also the dynamic these two have. I actually look forward to hearing what they have been up to, which is telling to how genuine and engaging this pod is.
I am so glad the podcast frequency is ramping up this summer. Eric and Kathleen are people I wish were my neighbors. Their thrifting adventure stories and friendship are fun to hear about. Sometimes you even get a restaurant review!! Great fun!!
