I discovered your podcast about 3 years ago and every time you uploaded a new podcast I would start my gardening day with listening to it. I learned so much from your wonderful practical tips and informative guests, your sweet voice was a calm in this turbulent world, your podcast was an escape for me.My secret haven. I will miss you dear friend, fly with the angel and enjoy the fruits of heaven.
Such a sad loss to the horticultural world, I also am sad that he won’t be around to see whether or not he had colour clashes after all his hard work trowelling in all those bulbs.
I’ve learnt an awful lot listening over and over to these podcasts, please keep them available in perpetuity both as a tribute to Peter and for those of us who grew up gardening since the sixties with Peter, not to mention needing access as an aide memoir.
The other pity is that he won’t be around to bang the drum fo... more
For a pod that is for The Sun, this is excellent thanks to Peter’s expertise - learnt a lot along the way. Thank you Peter. V poignant last few episodes. Felt quite moved, hoping that someone continues to grow his plants on and enjoy all the spring bulbs etc he was evidently looking forward to seeing. And the Horse Chestnut. He clearly had an impact on a lot of lives. Thank you
I really enjoy this podcast but some of the contributors are a bit dreary. In particular April 1 some guy called Ken Cox droning on about Brexit exports and generally sounding fed-up.
Other than that Peter Seabrook is great. I’d be happy to listen to him chatting about his gardening experience, for 20 mins.
Enjoying this podcast very much. Timely gardening topics discussed by an extremely knowledgable presenter. Lovely fun music too.
