I’m so glad this was my first result when I searched for “positive affirmations” in the podcast search. I saw that it’s geared toward small business owners, but it’s truly for everyone. I’m currently entering the “empty nest phase” and was looking for help with the emotional ups and downs that accompany big life transitions.
