My takeaway from an episode: Your partner in life determines your income.
Incredible stories and great host!
Tyler doesn’t waste time — this guy is taking no prisoners. Both conversations hit hard on a critical truth:
If you don’t have the right people, you’re not scaling. Period.
What stood out most was the insistence on building a team that actually cares about growth — not just coasting on payroll. No fluff, just strategic gold for any founder looking to grow responsibly and effectively.
Highly recommend for anyone serious about building something that lasts.
Think Business With Tyler is a great podcast for a small business owner. Topics range from mindset, to marketing to nuts and bolts how to manage your profitability. I recommend episode #124 with Rocky Lalvani on profit first for good insight on this last topic. Very worthwhile. Keep up the good work Tyler.
I love how it’s a conversation and he allows his guests to go deeper into what they are talking about to share actionable ideas while letting us know what they do to help others achieve the success they want.
