  • Great info…

Just listened to Michelle’s story. I’m a real life friend of hers & learned so much more about her listening to her story. She has always been fit, smart, gorgeous, & hardcore. She does everything with intention. I’ve always admired her drive, her physique, her personality, & mostly- her friendship. We don’t even live in the same city anymore- but sometimes you make friends with ppl you’ll root for forever. That’s Michelle. Can’t wait to hear more from her & hope she heals through this next chap... more

  • Love the Science

I love the science based explanations…I cannot tell you how many times a professional trainer could not adequately explain the reason why? I know enough anatomy and physiology to know the “marketing” explanation doesn’t make sense.

For me and for most of the patients I work with, understanding the why increases compliance. I appreciate the factual based information, whether we like it or not🤣
