Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Star Citizen In 2025: A Year In Review
Q: Is AI Blades or NPC crew feasible for Star Citizen we have today compared to the original concept?
AI, probably not, as the technology is still catching up to the ambitions of the game. I'd prefer player interaction over AI solutions at this point for multi-crew functionalities.
Star Citizen In 2025: A Year In Review
Q: What do you think happened to distribution centers? They were planned as a major focal point for missions and nothing used them all year.
A lot of it is, I think it was performance issue. They introduced great concepts that unfortunately just didn't really pan out to be truly effective.
Star Citizen In 2025: A Year In Review
Q: When do you think Javelin will come out and what module rooms?
Probably around Squadron, would be my guess. The issue with Squadron Javelins is that I don't think they're the full Javelin. I think they're just portions of the Javelin.
Can Star Citizen MERGE PvP & PvE?
Q: What would you change to the Resource Rush event to make it more interesting for PVP?
Integrate a narrative-based framework where different factions or corporations compete over resources, incentivizing players to participate in more structured PVP.
Can Star Citizen MERGE PvP & PvE?
Q: What do you think CIG needs to do now to improve the PVP experience?
CIG needs to make PVP a calculated decision in lawful systems, where there are punitive consequences for actions taken by players.
