I’ve enjoyed this podcast, and love being able to benefit from working with Rachel. I was lucky enough to have Rachel as my therapist/coach for a few years prior to the work she does now. I’ve had my own journey from monogamy to polyamory and non-traditional relationships. From relationships to communication and more - so many of her topics are relevant for my life, right down to the GI issues and Momotaro.
I came across Rachel’s podcast since we share the same last name and I was podcasting about conversations!! more
Insightful. Validating. Wonderful host that has helped me be gentle with myself and feel that my wants are valid.
Rachel is incredibly honest, direct, and compassionate about relationships in all their forms. I don’t have many people to talk to about my navigating FWB, casual dating, non-monogamy, attachment issues, etc. in real life, so her podcast has really been a life-saver. I listen to it every day when I’m walking and driving to work.
The latest episode about boundaries with John Romaniello was so good I had to write a review. more
