I'm a big fan of Steve's podcast. Even though I'm not in his target niche (Retail Leadership), every episode is incredibly well crafted and researched and contains lessons for levelling up your won leadership abilities and those of the people around you. I would recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to be a better leader, and to help those that they lead or work with.
