  • A resource for black women and beyond!

This podcast is the most important and most valuable that I’ve come across. I almost always have to listen and rewind so that I don’t miss the gems from the well researched questions to the thought provoking replies. Sihle has a way of tackling difficult topics in a way that is both thought provoking and equally relatable. My favourite podcast that I learn the most from.

  • Thought provoking Dear Anonymous Podcast“WorkingWhileBlackinGermany”

This podcast evoked uncomfortable feelings inside me that forced me to have an introspection that brought me to the conclusion that I’ve been conditioned to endure “struggles” as a way to prove myself. At first listen I thought Anonymous was just expecting too much from her employers, and that she should be “grateful” and make it work. When really she was asking for just basics. It made me realize as a black woman in Corporate, I maybe enduring more than I should and overworking to prove my “grat... more
