This podcast has gone through many phases of evolution Eddie’s been the stalwart and really does bring a variety of guests and perspectives He cares about who the guests are, and they care to have the conversations. It’s not simply book promotions or something new. Great info and some actual comedy, which can be rare in crossfit.

    Inquisitive and Informative,

    Entertaining and Invigorating.

Eddie has conversations and asks the questions we would ask.

With the power Eddie demonstrates, he must be hung like a Burmese Python.

Eddie Ifft is a fantastic host! He’s super funny and you don’t need to be a Cross Fit enthusiast to love his podcasts! He makes any topic he tackles fun to listen to and learn. Especially loved the episode with co-directors of the film Strong Enough. Cross Fit fanatics will especially LOVE this episode with John Foss and Russ Kendall! Keep it coming Eddie!

  • Give it a listen

Not only can he do more pull ups than Bert Kreisher, surf one of the most crowded waves around and run a 68 mile trail in 19 hours, the podcast is quite entertaining and educational
