Eddie Ifft is a fantastic host! He’s super funny and you don’t need to be a Cross Fit enthusiast to love his podcasts! He makes any topic he tackles fun to listen to and learn. Especially loved the episode with co-directors of the film Strong Enough. Cross Fit fanatics will especially LOVE this episode with John Foss and Russ Kendall! Keep it coming Eddie!
Not only can he do more pull ups than Bert Kreisher, surf one of the most crowded waves around and run a 68 mile trail in 19 hours, the podcast is quite entertaining and educational
