  • Awesome, thought provoking

My biggest complaint is I don’t have enough time to listen as I’d like.

Austin isn’t afraid to question conventional wisdom, orthodoxy, and more so than most even his own views. He doesn’t shy away from staking out bold positions & inviting on controversial people, while how does so with thought and preparation.

We need more like him, Steffi, Camellia, and others that join often.

  • Refreshing morning show!

The best way to wake up… aside from maybe waking up with eggs and bacon in the bed.

So maybe a close second but nevertheless… this show is exciting, informative and not your typical morning show.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Why Do Libertarians Want to Live in A Third-World Country?
Q: Spike, what were your thoughts on the loss of Congressman Thomas Massey in the primary to Ed Gahl-Ryne?
It was disappointing but not surprising; Massey represented a consistent libertarian stance, and his loss reflects broader political dynamics and the challenges of maintaining a pro-liberty coalition, rather than a simple repudiation of his positions.
How to Spot The Modern-Day Political Charlatan
Q: What defines a modern charlatan according to the discussion?
A modern charlatan sells an identity or narrative that promises grand change but relies on vagueness, emotional appeal, rituals, and an us-vs-them dynamic, while hiding the true source of their influence and money.
Why Do Anti-Zionists Team Up With Anti-Americanists?
Q: What is your stance on the Fourth Amendment in light of government data purchases and surveillance?
Brockwell explains the Fourth Amendment's core protections, critiques the third-party doctrine, and promotes a private-right-of-action approach to hold government accountable for warrantless intrusions.
Why Do Anti-Zionists Team Up With Anti-Americanists?
Q: Clarence Thomas dissented in the driver's license case; do you think the Supreme Court should have heard the case?
Napolitano argues the court could have exercised original jurisdiction in an extraordinary public-safety dispute but acknowledges the court isn't obligated to hear every case; he emphasizes the issue of public safety and practical remedies through state actions.
Hasan Piker Had It Coming: A Message for All Commies in America
Q: What is the historical basis for reviving the Communist Control Act, and how is it argued to be applicable today?
The host argues for reviving the Communist Control Act by highlighting that its definitions and structure could hypothetically be enforced again if a modern administration chose to interpret foreign-directed organizations as non-domestic political entities; the discussion frames it as a tool to counter foreign influence and protect national interests, while acknowledging constitutional debates and historical context.
