Finty and John completely understand their subject and associated issues with deep personal and professional experience. There are some superb guests who all bring a unique perspective. You find yourself frequently saying “yes, I experienced that!”. Highly recommended and something of a relief to have discovered it.

I’m not normally one for podcasts but I visited this one during lockdown after hearing Vinty talk to my husband about it last year when he was applying her makeup. After several attempts to stop drinking I recently started an outpatient detox treatment and managed two months before relapsing BIG TIME. I definitely hit my low point…last 7 days ago.
