Mark's podcast is a treasure trove of inspiration and insight for anyone transitioning from military to civilian life including those that have already transitioned. The range of interviews with successful entrepreneurs and professionals who have served is incredibly valuable. In addition his website and Substack are invaluable resources that contain exclusive information and also backs up much of the information from his interviews. It's a must-listen for all veterans! Five stars all the way!
Been listening to this podcast for well over a year- the content that Mark creates is fantastic and is only getting better over time. The podcast provides an eye-opening amount of diversity of thought that any military member thinking about separation should consider hearing out. On a personal note, the podcast also helps me by providing the sounding board that vets can actually be successful in the “civilian world,” which is a message that isn’t heard nearly enough in some circles.

I’m a British Army Captain leaving the Service in September this year. This podcast was recommended to me in February this year by a Captain and friend who left the Army and now works at a major bank.
Despite being an American podcast, the lessons, insights and advice that the speakers share are directly transferrable to the British context. I personally credit this podcast (Ep 2) with helping me to secure a scholarship for my full-time MBA at a major university, starting in September.

Excellent podcast, can’t wait to be featured in it myself!
This podcast is very insightful even if you are not getting out. You can still learn a lot about the real world, your options in it when your ready, and broaden your bubble to just Ranger things so when you get out it’s a much less steeper hill to climb. Great stuff!
