Complex characters, a generous outlook, very interesting thought experiments and allegories re: treating all kinds of bodies with a banger of an over-arching thread in Season Two. Can’t wait for S3!

The Vesta Clinic is a series of case notes from a young doctor at a poorly funded medical outpost in space. We follow along as she finds her footing, getting to know her patients and learn the ropes with her sentient computer coworker. But (of course) something is not quite what it seems.

This show is so so cozy, but there's also a real sense of urgency and empathy between Faye's tasks.
I love learning about the various cultures and how humanity's progressed over time. The descriptions are gorgeous and detailed, and I've enjoyed the interactions between not only Sec and Faye, but also other characters on the show! The sound design for Sec has so much personality, and the setting is super immersive.
