  • Rambling echochamber sometimes

Instead of deep dives into particular policy changes or case studies which could help make more cities more liveable, this pod frequently devolves into a poorly structured ramble resembling more an echo chamber than anything else. That's too bad.

  • Great content and awesome lineup

I listen to Well There’s Your Problem and was very familiar with their regular cast. I also am an avid fan of urbanist content and binge watched pretty much every episode of NJB along with the likes of City Beautiful and RM Transit. One day I ran out of NJB videos. Then I heard there was a podcast and scrambled to find it. I drive hours every day for Amazon (surely everyone would get a kick out of that) and listened to the entire podcast catalogue in about a week and a half.

  • If you like the Not Just Bikes YouTube channel, you'll also like this podcast. It's a slightly more pure view at Jason (and guest's) views, opinions and ideas, while still maintaining the general attitude and "vibe" of the videos.

The Insanity of Canadian Housing Prices (with Mike Moffatt)
Q: What are some of the things that you think Canada and Ontario should be doing here?
We need a systems level approach that includes big zoning changes, building code reforms, and integration of social housing with transit systems.
The Problem with Cities: Skylines 2 (with Cities by Diana)

I have mixed feelings about the game, and it's important to understand it's not just an improved Cities Skylines 1; it's its own separate game.
