Bridging the Gap on ADHD and Community with Questian Telka

Academia's View of the Pipeline and More with Scott Showalter
Q: Is the online prerequisite coursework available to the public, or only to incoming MAC students?
The prerequisite modules are online, asynchronous, and non-credit; currently the program is primarily for incoming MAC students, though the content has been shared with other colleges that might adopt it, and there is consideration of broader access in the future.
Academia's View of the Pipeline and More with Scott Showalter
Q: What does the talent pipeline look like from your perspective at NC State?
NC State has not seen a decline in numbers; the university expanded the pool by increasing the reach and diversity of backgrounds, including students with non-accounting undergraduate degrees and people moving from varied careers into accounting. Internships remain a key recruiting channel but firms must differentiate their value proposition to attract and retain students.
