Been experiencing a lot of anxiety lately and putting tasks aside/accumulating a long to-do-list.
Decided to ChatGPT “Nervous System podcast” on my walk (instead of drive) to the library to get things done.
Kelly’s podcast Ep.171 on Regulating Newhouse System came up so timely. I was able to practice the tools right away — walking, making sure I exhale all the way, and walk under a canopy tree.

Extremely informative in an engaging, simplistic easy listen.
Gives listeners some hard truths about the world and how important our well being is while offering tips to help control. Kelly is one of the few to call a spade a spade, and has eloquently maintained consistent content, unwavering facts and well thought out opinions.
A great listen for anyone looking to understand intellectually honest talks about our personal well being.

I started listening about a year ago and went back to episode 1 and worked my way to the current episodes. I find so much of the information she shares very helpful in everyday life. I have taken several tips, ideas and information and applied them to my everyday life in hopes to calm my anxiety. So many of them have worked.
There are a few situations that I wish she would address on the episode so hopefully one day she she will. I will definitely keep listening!!
