Great pod. Jason, John and Garrett are normal guys, work real jobs, and still find time to train and run Big races. They’re experienced Ultra Runners and have a lot of great insight on training and technique. Really nice discussions on races and trails on the Eastern and SE side of the U.S.
Interesting guests, frank reviews of gear and what works or doesn’t work for them. Well worth a listen. Glad I found them. Trashy is the new cool…..

Love listening to the guys and some great guests coming on recently…keep it up! 👍👏
Been listening to these guys for over a year and only wish they put out more content. Love the banter, race recaps, guests, and more. If you're a fan of TJM gang shows this will be right up your alley. They're based in the Tennesee area so it's nice to hear about all the trail races in the mid-southern states. Kepp up with the awesome podcasts!
You guys do a great job discussing all things running! I love how you incorporate local races into the show! Keep up the good work !
