  • I can thrive despite my trauma

I am so much more productive when I’m listening to your podcasts. I hate washing my dishes. I have no problem washing my friend’s dishes, but I am so overwhelmed by my dishes. I have a trauma bond with dishes. Even episodes that are two years old, I love re-listening.
