Helpful & quite practical. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
I want to like this podcast, I really do, but the podcaster sounds like she is talking out of the inside of an empty box. There is a shrillness and reverberation to the sound of her voice that is stressful to my body. Every time I try to listen to this podcast I end up turning it off after five minutes because of the stressfulness of the sound quality alone.
This podcast is very useful. Easy to listen to and filled with simple and smart techniqes for being the best you possilble. Beth is insightful, warm and helpful. Highly recommended.
Beth's insight and generosity in sharing so much valuable, practical information about helping us be better in ourselves is outstanding. The show is easy to listen to and not filled with babble or jargon. Beth boils down some complex techniques and approaches to mindfulness that pretty much anyone can start to implement in their lives.
