  • For the Love of Wine and Interesting Conversations

I recently visited Napa and Sonoma for a wine tasting trip and had the great pleasure to meet Mike Stone at Nicholson Ranch. He was such a genuinely nice and fun person to talk with, and when he said he had a podcast I knew I had to listen. I was planning on just checking out one episode during my flight back home, but I devoured six of them! I had a book with me as well as downloaded movies to pass the time for the 5 plus hour journey, but I got to neither because I was just enjoying myself so ... more

  • Interesting, entertaining, humorous yet full-bodied

This is is the only podcast I’ve been able to stick with and I’m far from a wine connoisseur. I love hearing people’s stories and how they arrived in the wine world. It’s often not how you’d think! Tall Mike obviously enjoys talking to people and is a skilled interviewer. He has a great sense of humor and his radio experience shows in how much fun this is to listen to, complete with unexpected sound effects. Cheers!
