Having read the books I can say the podcast continues to amplify the key ideas. Bob has pragmatic yet quirky style which when coupled with Tae conceptual ideology is a winner.
Great discussion on the practical aspects of building culture and teamwork that withstands distance. Some pointers on how technology can help, but the key think is management intent not to let remote work be a disadvantage.
Take Hea is one of the deepest thinkers I’ve ever run into on the topic of growing successful BtoB startups. This is a must listen!
