This week's episode is about something I call the Good Girl Job identity. It's the way that so many of us — sensitive women, perfectionists, high achievers — have learned, very deeply, to locate our worth inside our work. To be "good" people by havin... more
Today I'm taking all of your Q&A about quitting your job: the money stuff, the mindset stuff, the health insurance stuff.
But the reality is this: a lot of this comes down to self-belief, self-worth, and getting out of "I can't" or "I have to" and ... more
My dear friend and colleague Missy Toy Ozeas joins me on the pod this week to discuss energetic cleansing, spiritual leadership, and how sensitive women can step into the leadership that is deeply needed at this time in the world.

I started following Catherine almost a year ago. What I love about her podcast and her social media is that it resonates with everyone. If you have a spiritual practice, she will teach you something new. If you are new, her practical and fun approach to tarot and feng shui will help you get started.
I have been following Catherine for quite some time. As an empath and HSP I resonate with her content a lot. I have found her teachings to be grounded and helpful. She’s not hand wavy; she gives real actionable examples and tips. Like she doesn’t just say “oh so nervous system exercises”. She actually provides examples of like 20 different options, then shares which one she does, and explains how many to do and when. This is soooo much more helpful than what I typically come across which is like... more
I love this podcast! Catherine goes out and reads the books, does the research, practices the techniques and then summarizes the tips for approaching them all with eyes wide open. She’s down to earth and approachable. I’ve also really appreciated her recommendations of other similarly-minded coaches who I follow now and get a ton of benefit from. I always make sure to have her latest pods downloaded and ready!
I love this podcast because I often think self-help type podcasts look at things from a really high up hard to apply/understand in a real way kind of perspective, but Catherine’s podcast is different. She first takes the time to explain the concept, uses helpful metaphors that make it easy to remember, but then she also gives incredibly helpful, real life examples of how we might see something play out or attempt the work she is discussing. It’s not only helpful but a real encouragement to liste... more
I love this podcast and look forward to it, and find a lot of very helpful wisdom from Catherine. As a sensitive listener and editor, though, please consider not saying “quote-unquote” so often when you’re not actually quoting anyone.
