Katie and Marie are adorable, sweet, silly, inspiring, deeply insightful, and a breath of fresh air. When so much in life is out of our control, they remind us on the importance of focusing on what we can control, being intentional, reflecting on who and what we are creating ourselves to be with our actions, words, self-care, and our plans. Listening feels like taking a deep breath with eyes closed and hand on stomach and just centering.
