The Wilsons are not just lifestyle enthusiasts, they are professionals. They have the academic training and professional licenses to back up what they’re talking about AND the life experience. This podcast is definitely worth your time!
Jonny and Laura are putting out some great and unique content you will not hear on other shows. It’s not just about physical fitness and nutrition, it’s also gives valuable information about how bring about balance to life when you are pulled in so may directions daily. I recommend this podcast to everyone I know because I truly believe it’s impactful.
Jonny and Laura are a great duo and have found the secret sauce to making this podcast feel like edutainment—genuinely fun to listen to but also massively informative. As a young parent with some fitness goals, I have learned a lot already and gotten much to reflect on. And the resources they provide are awesome!
