Great show! I loved how you helped out the lady that criticized your ramblinā on episode 1 of the sub 3 series. You searched her on Strava and gave some advice. That was really cool. Great show and keep of the great work. Iāve listened to your Marcus brown interview and your sub3 marathon training a bunch. Keep the podcasts coming! Thank you!
Stazza takes a different approach to both podcasts and marathon training. Taking a laid back approach, weaving in his decades of coaching experience with his easy style, this series strips back much of the information out there which can make it all seem so complicated, and simplifies it.
Around 30 mins feels just right, and you can listen to it from beginning to end on any run.
I'll certainly be listening to the regular episodes.
Looking forward to picking up some useful tips!!

The host's emphasis on empirical coaching, accessible language, and long-form conversations with athletes and collaborators makes it valuable for serious runners, prospective coaches, and brands looking to reach performance-focused audiences.
