This podcast keeps getting better and better! It’s part voyeuristic because you are listening in on real therapy sessions and the guests are very vulnerable and real. It’s part free therapy because many of the topics are very relatable and the approaches are unconventional. Everyone’s privacy is protected with care and it’s very moving to hear the transformation by the end of the session.
