Great advice and tips!
I've found this podcast on social confidence to be incredibly helpful. It's given me a confidence boost and practical tips for better social interactions. The friendly and inclusive vibe in every episode makes it a great source of inspiration and empowerment.
Susan’s voice is very soothing, she is soft and strong and the same time, giving solid advice without being pushy or preachy, nonjudgmental, yet encouraging without being overly perky. She’s got the right balance and spot on topics. She is a great companion on car rides. It’s like having a compassionate and understanding friend sitting next to you in the passenger seat.
Great topics! I enjoyed hearing about how decreasing the negative things that come out of my mouth is a great first step rather than amping up the positive. Audio quality will continue to improve as this podcast continues to produce more! Valuable insights.
